We are looking for a detail-oriented and strategic HRAD Officer to support the development and implementation of our HR framework across all HR functions.

Job Title: HRAD Officer

Job Summary:

The HRAD Officer is primarily responsible for developing, maintaining, and strengthening the company’s HR framework. This includes reviewing and aligning HR processes, ensuring compliance with policies and labor regulations, and supporting integration across all HR functions.

The role focuses more on HR systems, structure, and process improvement rather than specialization in a single HR function.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, review, and maintain HR frameworks, policies, and standardized processes
  • Ensure alignment and consistency of HR practices across all HR functions
  • Support implementation of HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards
  • Identify gaps in HR processes and recommend improvements for efficiency and effectiveness
  • Coordinate with HRAD units to ensure proper execution of HR procedures
  • Assist in monitoring HR metrics, reports, and compliance requirements
  • Support documentation and continuous improvement of HR systems and workflows
  • Assist in employee-related concerns as needed in coordination with HR Supervisor
  • Support HR audits, internal reviews, and policy updates
  • Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of HR data and records
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or any related field
  • At least 1 year of experience in HR generalist role
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
