About the role

PTC Commercial Corporation is seeking an experienced HR Associate to join our dynamic team in Tondo Manila City Metro Manila. As an HR Associate, you will play a crucial role in supporting the overall HR operations and contributing to the success of our organisation.

What you'll be doing
  • Provide day-to-day HR support, including handling employee inquiries, processing payroll and leave requests, and maintaining employee records
  • Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process, such as posting job advertisements, screening applicants, and coordinating interviews
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
  • Coordinate and deliver HR-related training and development programmes
  • Support the HR team in various administrative tasks and projects
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations
  • Contribute to the enhancement of the company's HR practices and employee engagement initiatives
What we're looking for
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably within a fast-paced, dynamic environment but not required
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, policies, and best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels
  • Proficient in HR-related software and tools, such as HRIS and payroll systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology
