Geodetic Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct relocation surveys of subdivision lots, ensuring precise identification of property boundaries.
• Interpret and analyze land titles, technical descriptions, and previous survey data.
• Maintain and update subdivision maps and geodetic records.
• Ensure all surveys are conducted in compliance with RA 8560 (Philippine Geodetic Engineering Law) and other applicable laws and regulations.
• Provide technical support for land development planning and civil works as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Geodetic Engineering.
• Licensed Geodetic Engineer (PRC) is preferred but not required; fresh graduates or those awaiting licensure are welcome to apply.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, GIS applications, and survey data processing software.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities.
• Capable of working independently or with minimal supervision in field and office settings.
• Willing to be assigned within Davao City and travel to various subdivision project sites.
• With Driver’s License (Non-Prof)
