JOB SUMMARY
The Collection Portfolio Management and Analytics Manager is responsible for developing reports and analysis to provide better business decisions. She is also responsible for the nationwide consolidation of monthly performance reports for Operations and communicates with the National Operations Manager regarding the collection-related matters and concerns.The role is responsible for monitoring MC loans and HO institutional loans and collections.
SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES- Submits overall performance summary reports to the National Operations Manager to be used in business decisions and strategies.
- Collects and verifies MC loans and HO institutional loans payments.
- Creates and maintains interactive data visualizations and analysis using Tableau.
- Coordinates with different performance data sources to provide requested data/report by the Business Unit Managers and National Operations Manager.
- Validates branch performance ranking and submits the report for upload on Qlikview.
- Evaluates the Collection Associates on Account Verification checking.
- Checks and validates tagging of branches, employees, and their positions for the collection incentives computations.
- Communicates with the Accounting Department on accounts requiring adjustments.
- Coordinates with, and guides the branches regarding collection-related concerns.
- Leads and guides the collection associates, reviews and evaluates their performance based on the company schedule.
- Plans and discusses new systems for improvements
- Organizes workflow and ensures that the team understands their duties or delegated tasks.
- Monitors employee productivity and provides constructive feedback and coaching.
- Performs all other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
- A college graduate of Business/Commerce or related field
- Over 7 years working experience in data analytics and performance.
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication skills, verbal or written communication.
