- 5-8+ years of B2B sales experience within the construction or building materials sector
- Engineering background preferred (Civil or Mechanical)
- Strong existing network among contractors in Luzon
- Comfortable with field‑based, project‑oriented selling
- Commercially driven with solid technical understanding
