Delivery Helper (Bacolod Branch)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist the driver in loading and unloading goods from the warehouse to the delivery vehicle and to customers.
• Ensure all items are properly secured and handled to prevent damage during transport.
• Help check delivery items against documents such as invoices, delivery receipts, or packing lists.
• Support in the accurate and timely delivery of products to customers or assigned locations.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the delivery vehicle.
• Report any damaged, missing, or incorrect items to the driver or supervisor immediately.
• Provide courteous assistance to customers during deliveries when needed.
• Follow company safety procedures and delivery protocols at all times.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least High School Graduate or equivalent.
• Physically fit and able to lift and carry heavy items.
• Willing to do fieldwork and work on flexible or shifting schedules.
• With or without prior experience in delivery or logistics (experience is an advantage).
• Honest, reliable, and with good moral character.
• Able to follow instructions and work well as part of a team.
• Basic communication skills and customer service attitude.
