Senior Product Manager - Consumer Health - Manila

• Develop and manage the annual marketing plan, including forecasts, promotional strategies, and budgets for the assigned portfolio.
• Plan and implement effective promotional activities in partnership with the sales team to drive sales performance.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels in coordination with the Business Unit Head and Procurement team.
• Conduct product knowledge training for Medical Promotion Specialists to ensure impactful detailing to healthcare professionals.
• Gather and analyze market and competitor information to refine sales and marketing strategies.
• Prepare regular reports on product performance and promotional outcomes.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Health/Science-related courses.
• At least 5 years of experience in product or brand management, ideally within the healthcare or consumer health industry.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.

• Proficiency in financial feasibility analysis, resource planning, and P&L/budget management.
