Procurement Officers

Philippine Spring Water Resources, Inc. is urgently looking for a competitive Procurement Officers who is excellent in multitasking and with exceptional analytical and time management skills.

Qualifications:

• Graduate in Bachelor's degree in business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement, purchasing or supply chain roles.
• With prior experience in construction or infrastructure projects is highly preferred specifically in hotel or high-rise projects.

Key Skills:

• Strong negotiation and contract management abilities.
• Familiarity with tendering process and supplier evaluation
• Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent organization and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple procurement streams under tight timelines.
