POSITION TITLE: Office Assistant
Job description:
Place order on the system and send the parcels out from officeHandle return parcels and update the return information in the online excel
Quality check of every returned parcels before putting them in the storage room, Update the sample stocks information everyday
Job Requirements:
Good product learning and demonstration abilities.Good service mindset and attitude, as well as politeness.
Excellent communication and expression skills to interact well with viewers.
Good team collaboration spirit and ability to work under pressure.
Fluent (listening, speaking, reading, writing) in English (Mandarin is a plus)
