Sales Trainer (Real Estate Focus Preferred)

We are seeking a motivated and engaging Sales Trainer to elevate the skills and performance of our sales team. This is a hands-on training role focused on delivering impactful learning experiences.

What you'll do:

• Design and deliver engaging training programs on sales techniques, product knowledge (real estate properties), negotiation skills, and customer relationship management.
• Conduct individual and group training sessions, workshops, and onboarding for new sales hires.
• Develop training materials, including presentations, guides, and interactive exercises.
• Assess training needs and identify areas for improvement within the sales team.
• Track training effectiveness and provide feedback to sales team members and leadership.
• Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and sales methodologies, particularly within the real estate sector.

What you'll bring:

• Proven experience as a Sales Trainer.
• Strongly preferred: Experience training sales teams within the real estate industry.
• Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire others.
• A solid understanding of sales processes and techniques.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales technology.
• A proactive and results-oriented approach.
