Junior Associate

We are looking for a Junior Associate for the Strategy and Transactions Division.

Job Qualifications:

• Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy
• Knowledgeable with Accounting Software (QuickBooks, Xero, SAP and etc.)
• Knowledgeable with MS applications, Bookkeeping, and Tax Compliance
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
• Team player with good communication skills
• Willing to work with minimal supervision

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage client accounts, including payables, receivables, and payroll processing.
• Perform general accounting tasks and ensure accurate financial records and assist in preparing documentation and coordinating during annual audit.
• Handle month-end closing and generate financial reports.
• Ensure tax compliance through timely preparation and submission of filings.
• Maintain and renew Books of Accounts in line with BIR regulations.
• Review financial statement disclosures for audit readiness.
