Salesforce Administrator | COPADO

This role requires a blend of technical expertise and business acumen to enhance and scale our Salesforce environment, improve operational efficiency, and support data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities:

• Implement Copado and serve as the admin (experience in Copado implementation and management)
• Familiarity with Salesforce (SF) is required
• For Copado Admin: We would like to engage in an HTDD collaboration, given the difficulty in sourcing talent for this role. We plan to upskill the resource to meet the required COPADO skills
• Oversee daily administration of Salesforce, including user management, profiles, security, and data integrity.
• Customize and configure Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, and automation (process Builder, Flows).
• Collaborate with teams utilizing AWS, dbt, Snowflake and Oracle for integration, data management, and reporting needs.
• Manage Salesforce integrations with external systems and ensure accurate data flow across platforms.
• Implement best practices for data quality, backup, and system performance monitoring.
• Implement and maintain Salesforce DevOps practices using tools like Copado for version control and continuous deployment.
• Use Github for version control and data management, ensuring proper code and configuration management.
• Manage backups using Commvault to ensure data protection and disaster recovery readiness.
• Troubleshoot Salesforce-related issues and work with stakeholders to address and resolve any system challenges.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations that provide actionable insights to business teams.
• Train end-users, create system documentation, and improve user adoption.
