What You’ll Do:- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely resolutions with professionalism and empathy
- Deliver excellent customer experience while following company policies and procedures
- Research and coordinate with different departments to resolve customer concerns
- Escalate complex issues when necessary
- Support and guide new hires and less experienced team members
- Work closely with supervisors and experienced representatives on challenging cases
- Completed at least 2 years in college with no back subjects
- Minimum of 1 year international BPO voice experience in a financial account
- Willing to work on a graveyard/night shift
- Amenable to work fully onsite in McKinley Hill, Taguig
- Comfortable in a 100% phone-based customer support environment
- Basic computer navigation and internet research skills
- Strong English communication skills
