JOB DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide basic medical care and first aid to employees (accident-related)
- Monitor employee health and manage work-related injuries/illness
- Maintain medical records and health reports
- Assist in workplace health and safety programs
- Conduct health assessments and screenings
- Administer medications as prescribed
- Coordinate with doctors, hospitals, and emergency services
- Promote health education and wellness programs
- Ensure compliance with occupational health regulations
- Attend and assist employees during Annual Physical / Medical Check-up
- Conduct inventory of over-the-counter medicines stock / available at HR Office
- Point person in case of Emergency (accident-related injury) and will accompany the employee to the hospital
- Prepare and submit to DOLE Office-Manila (Monthly Accident Report, Quarterly Accident / Injury Report and Annual Accident / Injury Report)
EMPLOYMENT DETAILS:
- Full-time employment
- Onsite; Work Assignment in Manila Liaison Office
- Six (6) working days a week; Monday to Saturday
- Work Time: 8:30AM to 5:30PM
- 6 Months before Regularization
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be a graduate of Nursing
- Must be a Registered Nurse
- Able to understand medical terminologies.
- Have knowledge in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
