Production Supervisor - Sta. Rosa, Laguna
We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to join our team at LRI Chroma Asia Inc. in General Trias City, Cavite. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in overseeing our manufacturing operations and ensuring efficient and effective production processes.
What you'll be doing- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the production team to meet targets and deadlines
- Implement and monitor production plans, schedules, and workflows to optimize efficiency and productivity
- Identify and resolve production-related issues, bottlenecks, and quality control concerns in a timely manner
- Provide hands-on training and guidance to production staff to improve skills and performance
- Monitor and report on key production metrics, and provide recommendations for process improvements
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Collaborate with other departments, such as logistics and quality assurance, to coordinate and streamline operations
- At least 3-5 years of experience in a production supervisory role, preferably in printing and paper packaging manufacturing company
- Strong working knowledge of production planning, scheduling, and quality control processes
- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team, and foster a positive and collaborative work environment
- Proficient in using production management software and data analysis tools
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field
