SAP Application Developer – ABAP
About the role
We are seeking an experienced SAP Application Developer - ABAP to join our dynamic team at NYGC Services, Inc. in Makati City, Metro Manila. As a full-time SAP developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing and maintaining mission-critical SAP applications that drive the operations of our organisation.
What you'll be doing- Design, develop and implement complex SAP ABAP programs and applications to meet business requirements
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing SAP systems and applications
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative SAP solutions
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers
- Continuously research and apply new SAP technologies and best practices
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a SAP ABAP developer
- Extensive knowledge of SAP ERP modules and ABAP programming
- Proficiency in object-oriented ABAP development, including ABAP Objects, BADI, BAPI and Workflows
- Strong understanding of SAP architecture, data modelling and integration
- Experience in developing custom SAP reports, interfaces, conversions and enhancements (RICE)
- Knowledge of SAP security and authorisation concepts
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
