The ideal candidate brings a depth of experience reflecting consistent accuracy, efficiency, and sound judgment developed through significant repetition and review across a large volume of returns.

While preparing returns independently is standard in most firms, all returns are still subject to review prior to delivery. The level of autonomy expected for this role assumes many years of exposure, multiple review cycles, and proven performance across both individual and business tax engagements.
