The Technical Supervisor reports directly to the CEO and the Sales and Operations Manager and is responsible for supervising the technical operations of boats and After- sales services as well as providing excellent customer service to the clients.Providingthese services in an efficient manner will ensure the continuous cash-flow in the corporation that will help all the operation functions of the business.
DUTIES:
- Receiving request or Job order from customer.
- Labor and Materials request / canvassing, keep good communication with the supplier of materials, constant updates and ensuring the item will be received in the expected timeframe.
- Advice the accounting department to make a proper quotation prior for customer's approval.
- Boarding for troubleshooting base on the job order requested. Troubleshooting, issuance of Customer Service Report signed by the Owner's Representative.
- Make a Condition Found Report submitted to CEO and Accounting.
- Repair / Installation of new parts including commissioning.
- Make a 2nd Customer Service Report (Additional work / Work is done).
- Advice accounting for final billing.
- Commission and Inspection of boats, ensuring that they will always be in good condition.
- Supervise and directs the technicians and boat captains relating to customer’s request.
- Proper handling and accuracy of records, warehouse receipts and other pertinent documents and make sure that it will always be readily available once needed.
- Response effectively to client’s inquiries, requests and other matter.
- Make sure to respect clients even in difficult situations.
- Give importance to clients request and suggestions.
Qualifications/Requirements
Education: Graduate of BS in Mechanical Engineering, preferred Licensed MEWork Experience/s: 5-10 years work experience as a Mechanical Engineer, and having experience after-sales services functions.
Character Traits / Performance Dimensions:
Good with communicating with customers and colleagues, respectful even when handling difficult clients, Diligent, had experience with boat technical after-sales services.
