IT Business Analyst

He/she shall also be responsible in the preparation of the following deliverables, in connection with assigned PROJECT:
- Create clear user stories and acceptance criteria
- Prepare project documents such as Business Requirements, test scripts, user manuals, and training materials
- Support the Product Owner in managing and prioritizing the product backlog
- Work with stakeholders and subject matter experts to gather and refine requirements
- Help the team understand business requirements and project goals
- Ensure user stories are complete, approved, and ready on time
- Lead or assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and pre-implementation activities
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field
- 3–5 years experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
- Strong experience in gathering and documenting requirements (e.g., user stories, BRD/FRD)
- Experience in UAT, test case creation, and defect tracking
- Familiar with Agile/Scrum and the software development lifecycle
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Applicant must be amenable to work fully onsite at BGC, Taguig
