Digital Marketing Assistant (Onsite, Night Shift)

Linkage Web Solutions is looking for creative and driven fresh graduates who are eager to start their career in digital marketing, content creation, and social media management.

If you enjoy editing videos, designing graphics, keeping up with online trends, and creating engaging content, this role is for you. No extensive experience required — just a strong willingness to learn and grow.

• Create and schedule social media content for international clients
• Assist in managing Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other digital platforms
• Design simple graphics for posts, ads, and marketing materials
• Edit short-form videos and reels for social media campaigns
• Help maintain consistent branding and online presence
• Research trends, hashtags, and content ideas to support organic growth
• Monitor engagement and assist in basic social media reporting
• Collaborate with the marketing and creative team on campaigns and projects

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Basic knowledge of graphic design tools such as Canva, Photoshop, or similar platforms
• Basic video editing skills using CapCut, Premiere Pro, or related software
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Creative, detail-oriented, and organized
• Willing to work onsite and on a night shift schedule
• Portfolio or sample works are required
