- AWS proficiency
- Experience working with database schemas (Postgres)
- CI/CD pipeline knowledge
- Self-sufficient (can learn from Googling/ChatGPT first) but knows when to communicate.
- Experience working in startup environments.
- Comfortable challenging decisions.
- Open to compromise.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Worked in small teams.
- Familiar with startup culture.
- Been part of a team involved with service products or services that involve databases and APIs.
- Worked in AWS environments.
