Responsibilities / Duties:

Operations Management
  1. Oversees, controls and monitors all client’s project implementation based on the approved implementation guidelines and internal budget; ensures on-time and in-full execution based on the assigned area.
  2. Ensure 100% fulfillment and completion of services based on the service level of agreement.
  3. Successfully implementing company policies and procedures
  4. Closely monitoring the operating and financial results against plans and budgets taking remedial action where necessary and informing the Head of Operations of significant changes
  5. Evaluates client’s requirements and cascades them to concerned personnel; briefs concerned personnel on the details and requirements of the Management's instructions and advice; ensures that all instructions, responsibilities and operational details are clearly understood by the implementing personnel
  6. Coordinates with concerned departments to ensure that guidelines and management-agreed standards are met all times
  7. Prepares progress reports for submission to clients that summarizes the performance results of each on-going project showing actual performance vs. target, qualitative feedback such as suggestions, recommendations and opportunities for improvement and other KPIs/information that Client may require
  8. Ensures timely submission and accuracy of post-mortem reports to the clients; meets with client/s for operational concerns when needed

  1. Inspires others by ideas and character; influences others towards higher achievement, better task management and enhance their interpersonal skills.
  2. Able to think and implement new and innovative concepts, methodologies and ways, towards the improvement of present methods/systems; able to handle unrelated and/or expanded tasks.

  4. Able to perform duties & responsibilities with minimal or no supervision in a timely manner with good quality output; performance of tasks does not need constant follow-up; ensures that the job at hand gets done on or before deadline set
  5. Effective in motivating teammates and subordinates into giving their 100% performance all the time
  6. Investigates and imposes necessary disciplinary actions on erring subordinates
  7. Demonstrates commitment to the job and deals well with ethical and confidential issues
  8. Maintains good working relationship with subordinates, associates, superiors, clients and AMI employees
Administration and Management Support
  1. Ensures the proper and strict implementation of the administrative, accounting and personnel policies of the Company.
  2. Oversees and supervises the activities of Area Managers and Staff under his direct supervision to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of their given tasks and for the attainment of the departmental as well as the corporate objectives.
  3. Manages the HR and Admin Personnel on his area of supervision for concerns relating to staffing and personnel audit.
  4. Performs other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by the direct superior from time to time.
