Job Description

Position: MANAGER TRAINEE

DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure excellent customer satisfaction by maintaining a welcoming and friendly store environment
• Lead and motivate the team to achieve sales goals
• Oversee daily store operations
• Receive, monitor, and order store stocks to ensure adequate supplies
• Ensure health and safety standards are complied with
• Prepare and submit periodic reports
• Perform other assigned tasks

Qualifications/Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:

• College graduate
• Has leadership & interpersonal relationship skills
• Capable of handling personnel

REQUIREMENTS (to be submitted after orientation):

• Photocopy of SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-ibig, and TIN documents
• Photocopy of NSO/PSA birth certificate
• Baguio City Yellow Card with Food Handler's Seminar Certificate
• Baguio City Working Permit
