Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to support project delivery for our Australian client. This role plays a vital part behind the scenes, ensuring the right products reach the right place at the right time. By managing logistics, procurement, and coordination tasks, you will allow our project teams to focus on execution and client delivery.

What You'll Do:

• Coordinate logistics for project requirements, including ordering, shipping, and delivery schedules.
• Liaise with Australian onshore providers and internal project account managers to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment.
• Support the procurement and acquisition of materials, products, or services needed for project delivery.
• Track deliveries, follow up on issues, and flag any concerns that may impact project timelines.
• Maintain clear, professional communication with suppliers, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Ensure alignment between supplier timelines and internal project deadlines.
