Multimedia Artist / Designer

Job Description:

• Collaborate closely with clients, brand managers, and developers to ensure design feasibility, alignment with functionality, and seamless user experiences across all platforms.
• Lead the visual and user experience design across a wide range of projects-including websites, internal systems, games, mobile-responsive interfaces, and promotional materials.
• Take ownership of and continuously refine the visual language and design systems to maintain consistency in branding and user experience across all products and touchpoints.
• Design and develop a variety of digital assets, such as UI components, game banners, in-game graphics, web layouts, and internal dashboards.
• Analyze user behavior, gather feedback, and apply insights from usability testing to iterate and optimize UX/UI designs.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to other designers, promoting a culture of creativity, design excellence, and collaboration.
• Stay informed on the latest industry trends, tools, and emerging technologies to enhance creative quality and workflow efficiency.
• Effectively manage and prioritize multiple design projects in a dynamic, fast-paced development environment.

Minimum Qualification:

• Excellent command of the English language, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, and Premiere Pro. (Sketch Up and other 3d software is a plus).
• Working knowledge of Al-powered design tools such as Adobe Firefly, RunwayML, Midjourney, and other generative Al platforms to enhance creative workflows and accelerate content production. Experience with animation, motion graphics, and video editing.
• Experience with Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or other UI/UX prototyping tools.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, with hands-on experience in web, digital design and mobile platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Exceptional attention to detail with a consistent commitment to delivering high-quality, visually compelling work.
• Proven experience in branding and identity development, ensuring cohesive visual systems across platforms.
• Ability to conduct or interpret usability tests, user feedback, and design iterations
• Familiarity with 3D software such as Blender, Cinema 4D, Maya, or SketchUp for walkthrough, and video editing.
• Experience working in agile or cross-functional teams.
• Creative thinker with a keen eye for aesthetics, layout, and typography.

Prefered Qualification:

• Graduate in Bachelor of Arts or Fine Arts, with Degree in Multimedia Arts or other related degree like Graphic Design, Animation, Computer Graphics, Digital Media Design, Media Arts. Experience may be considered.
• Strong Portfolio Demonstrating Multi-Disciplinary Design Skills
• Showcases proficiency in graphic design, motion graphics, video editing, 2D/3D visuals, and branding across various platforms (web, social, print, exhibition, expos, etc.).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite & Modern Design Tools including Al usage
• Advanced skills in key software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, and familiarity with tools like Figma or SketchUp for UI/UX & 3D artworks.
• 2-3 Years of Professional Experience in Multimedia or Digital Design
• Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality outputs in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, with a solid understanding of design systems, visual storytelling, and creative workflows.
