Job Description:

Oversees manufacturing operations during assigned shifts, leading the production team to execute schedules, ensure product quality, and maintain operational efficiency, safety, and cGMP compliance

Job Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or any related field.
1-2 years of experience in a production environment
Basic understanding of production processes and safety standards
Proficient in documentation and shift reporting with good leadership skill
Has good communication skills, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
