Job Title: Management Trainee
Location: Soon-to-open Jollibee Sambat Exit Crossing, Tanauan City, Batangas
Department: Operations
Reports to: Restaurant Manager

Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:

Jollibee is looking for passionate and dynamic individuals to join our Management Trainee Program—a fast-track leadership development path designed to prepare you for a rewarding career in restaurant management. As a Management Trainee, you will undergo comprehensive training in store operations, people management, customer service, and business performance.

Key Responsibilities: Participate in an intensive training program covering all aspects of restaurant operations.

Assist the Restaurant Manager in day-to-day operations including food preparation, quality control, and store cleanliness.

Supervise and coordinate store crew to ensure efficient and high-quality service.

Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally and promptly.

Help implement company standards for service, cleanliness, and food quality.

Monitor inventory levels and support cost control measures.

Support sales-building initiatives and store marketing programs.

Qualifications/Requirements

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Food Service, or a related field (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply).

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

A proactive attitude with strong leadership potential.

Willing to undergo training and relocate if necessary.

Willing to work on rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays.
