Muntinlupa - Supervisor

The Sales Supervisor will oversee and guide the sales team to achieve sales targets, ensure excellent customer service, and maintain high team performance. This role involves coaching team members, monitoring sales activities, and collaborating with management to develop effective sales strategies.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years proven experience as a Sales Supervisor in a non-life insurance environment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Good analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient with sales software and Microsoft Office.
• Must be a passer of the Insurance Institute of Asia and the Pacific (IIAP) examinations.
