PARTNER MANAGEMENT LEAD (Contract and Vendor Management - Taguig City)
The Partner Management Lead will be responsible for collecting, monitoring and reporting a wide range of Tech&Ops contracts to ensure they align with business objectives and comply with legal and regulatory standards.
Contracts Management:
Create and maintain interactive dashboards and prepare regular presentation materials related to contracts status and partner performance.
Monitor compliance and progress of the contract lifecycle management process, including collection, monitoring and reporting a variety of agreements (e.g., vendor contracts like MSAs, SOWs).
Contract monitoring on new engagements, renewals and offboarding.
Draft and review 3rd party contract templates and appropriateness of entries to ensure compliance with company guidelines and regulatory requirements.
Work closely with Procurement, Legal and Technology and Operations’ Proponents to ensure contract adherence.
Provide day to day guidance on both transactional and non-transactional issues.
Provide process guidance and feedback on improvement areas.
Partner Performance Management:
Create and maintain interactive dashboards and prepare regular presentation materials related to contracts status and partner performance
Regularly assess and report on service providers’ performance against agreed SLAs.
Validate contractual incentives or penalties based on their performance.
Analyze service providers’ performance to inform future sourcing strategies and financial planning.
Liaise with partner communications and cadence
Support existing 3rd party partner relationships triaging requests and business needs
Assist in managing internal metrics and ensure satisfaction of both internal and external customers.
