We are looking for a Wealth Relationship Manager who will manage and grow an existing portfolio of high-value clients. This is not purely cold selling. The role focuses on deepening client relationships, identifying financial needs, and offering suitable wealth, investment, insurance, and banking solutions.

What You’ll Do
Client Relationship Management- Manage, retain, and grow an existing portfolio of high-value clients.
- Build strong relationships through proactive client engagement and regular portfolio reviews.
- Understand client financial goals and provide suitable solutions based on their needs.
- Deliver personalized, professional, and high-quality service to strengthen client loyalty.
- Monitor client satisfaction and identify opportunities to improve client engagement.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell wealth, investment, insurance, and banking products.
- Increase wallet share through effective portfolio management and relationship deepening.
- Recommend appropriate financial solutions based on client needs and eligibility.
- Support referrals and new client opportunities when available.
- Achieve assigned sales, portfolio growth, and relationship management targets.
- Work closely with branch teams, wealth advisers, and internal business partners to deliver complete client solutions.
- Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure client requirements are addressed properly and efficiently.
- Contribute to overall business performance, service standards, and client experience.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, sales procedures, regulatory standards, and risk controls.
- Maintain accurate client records, documentation, and sales activity updates.
- Follow proper processes to protect client interests and maintain operational integrity.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in financial services, relationship management, sales, client portfolio management, insurance, investments, wealth management, or premium client servicing.
- Background in banking, retail banking, wealth management, bancassurance, insurance, investment sales, or financial advisory is highly preferred but not required.
- Strong sales track record, preferably in upselling, cross-selling, portfolio growth, or client retention.
- Experience handling premium, affluent, high-value, or relationship-based clients is an advantage.
- Good understanding of financial planning, banking products, insurance, investments, or wealth solutions.
- Strong communication, client management, negotiation, and influencing skills.
- Comfortable working with sales targets in a performance-driven environment.
- Professional, client-focused, and able to build long-term trust with clients.
- International banking, multinational financial services, or global client exposure is a plus.
- Must have or be willing to obtain the required licenses, certifications, and regulatory accreditations needed to sell or advise on wealth, insurance, investment, and other financial products.
- Existing insurance, investment, wealth management, or financial advisory accreditation is highly preferred.
- Relevant wealth management, insurance, investment, or financial advisory licenses are an advantage and may be required depending on business and regulatory requirements.
