About the role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Marketing Assistant to join our team in Pasig City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that support the day-to-day operations of our organization. As an Marketing Assistant, you will be responsible for the monitoring of Job Orders, Responsible in preparing documents for the processing of Accreditation of New clients and Renewal of existing clients and other task

• Responsible in preparing quotation including the computation of landed cost for Forward Sales.
• Monitoring deliveries an commission both local and Indent Sales.
• Responsible in preparing the summary of Indent Sales and Local sales and Job order sales.
• Responsible in Costing Analyzations for New Projects.

• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word
• With mathematical and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail
• Manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining accuracy of records.
• Excellent organisational skills and the capability to maintain neat and accessible filing systems
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
• A professional approach to handling confidential financial information and maintaining discretion
• Reliability and punctuality, with a commitment to meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards of work
