Are you a resourceful marketer with a knack for turning technical information into compelling campaigns? We’re looking for a Marketing Associate to help promote our industrial products, support the sales team, and strengthen our market presence in the manufacturing sector.
Job Summary:
As a Marketing Associate, you will support the execution of marketing strategies focused on industrial clients, products, and services. You will work closely with the sales and product development teams to create materials that resonate with technical audiences and decision-makers in construction, engineering, and procurement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and executing B2B marketing campaigns tailored to the manufacturing and industrial sectors.
- Create product sheets, technical brochures, presentations, and digital content that highlight product benefits and specifications.
- Conduct market research on competitors, industry trends, and potential customers.
- Coordinate with the sales team to develop lead-generation campaigns and client engagement initiatives.
- Manage company website and social media pages with relevant content such as case studies, product features, and updates.
- Help plan and organize participation in trade shows, expos, and industry events.
- Monitor campaign results and prepare performance reports using marketing analytics tools.
- Maintain marketing files, product photo libraries, and documentation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or any related field.
- Preferably with 1–2 years of experience in a marketing role within a manufacturing, construction, or industrial setting.
- Strong communication skills and ability to simplify technical content for marketing use.
- Familiarity with B2B marketing, industrial sales cycles, or technical product promotion is an advantage.
- Proficiency in digital tools (social media, CRM systems, Google Analytics).
- Basic knowledge of layout/design software (Canva, Adobe Illustrator, or Photoshop) is a plus.
- Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
