SALES ASSOCIATE

Job Title: Sales Associate

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, assisting customers with their needs, and contributing to the achievement of sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions, products, and company policies
• Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system
• Maintain store cleanliness and organized product displays
• Assist with inventory management, including restocking and tagging items
• Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints effectively

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus)
• Previous retail or sales experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Basic math skills and familiarity with POS systems
