• Transcription
• Preparing paperwork
• Scheduling of consultation with clients
• Preparing and emailing email reports
• Updating virtual files
• Build ongoing task list
• Oversea administrative task

• Good command of the English language
• Has good work ethics
• Typing speed at least 60 wpm
• Must be a good team player
• Able to work in flexible hours

• Computer Processor:
• 1 Ghz or above; Intel ® Core or AMD equivalent or highly required
• RAM: At least 8GB of RAM with 60GB hard disk space available
• Internet Connectivity: 10 Mbps and up wired Internet Connection (USB sticks, signal-based & wireless connections are not allowed)
• Peripherals: Headset with noise-cancelling feature & a high definition web camera
