Job Description
Responsibilities- Provide L3 support for banking applications in CCO and PMR domains.
- Investigate incidents, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate with vendors, testers, and L1/L2 teams.
- Manage testing scope, support fixes, and production implementation.
- Troubleshoot Ctrl-M batch job failures and monitor production issues.
- Handle middleware patching, OS patching, and certificate renewals.
- Strong in Java/J2EE and Oracle DB; experience with MSSQL.
- Solid knowledge of production support processes.
- Ability to work across functional domains and technologies.
- CRM (Microsoft Dynamics) experience.
- Knowledge of TBMS by SunTec, billing/pricing applications.
- Familiarity with JBoss EAP and Linux (RHEL).
