Job Overview
We are building a talent pool for a proactive and highly organized Executive Assistant with Social Media Support. This role is primarily focused on providing high-level administrative and executive support, while also assisting with basic social media management and content coordination

Key Responsibilities
Executive & Administrative Support- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments to optimize executive productivity
- Monitor and manage inboxes, ensuring timely and professional communication
- Attend meetings, take detailed minutes, and track action items
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as needed
- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks and ensure smooth operations
- Conduct follow-ups and ensure deadlines and commitments are met
- Maintain organized records, files, and documentation
- Assist in scheduling and publishing content across social media platforms
- Coordinate with internal or external teams for content requirements
- Monitor messages, comments, and basic engagement
- Support content creation (captions, simple graphics, or coordination with designers)
- Track basic performance metrics and prepare reports
- Experience: 2–4 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role; experience in social media support is a plus
- Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office/Google Workspace, calendar and email management tools; familiarity with social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) and scheduling tools
- Soft Skills: Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable; able to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Communication: Strong written and verbal English skills
