ELECTRICAL ENGINEER
Brief Description and Purpose of the Position
Responsible in overseeing the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of office and production electronic machines as well as network systems. This position is created to ensure that all electronics and network systems are work efficiently, safely, and reliably.

Electronics and Electrical Maintenance Supervision
Ensuring that electronics and electrical capability of the organization is optimized by properly planning, implementing, and monitoring these systems- Research on possible cost-saving measures relating to overall plant electrical consumption
- Research, plan and implement new technological advancement for improved production efficiency and improved staffing hours.
- Maintain, implement, and improve electrical and electronic instruments, facility components, equipment products or system
- Reports and compiles data regarding existing and potential electrical engineering projects and studies
- Troubleshoot system failures
- Monitor maintenance and inspection plan
Information Technology Supervision
Oversee the design, development, implementation of computer- based information systems, including both software applications and computer hardware- Inspect regularly if IT systems are functional
- Receive IT requests and assign to IT staff
- Install, maintain, and repair IT systems with the IT staff
- Recommend improvements to IT infrastructure and systems
- Oversee the security of the IT system and data
Safety Supervision
Ensure compliance to set safety protocols, policies, and regulations to protect the workers, workplace, work equipment, and environment from hazards.- Monitor the team's compliance to safety standards
- Get updated tetanus shot
- Wear gloves, safety helmets, safety shoes, eye goggles, ear plugs, face mask
- Avoid any loose clothing and fancy jewelry
- Inform supervisor of unsafe conditions. Keep the fire extinguisher available and accessible
- Keep work areas and emergency exit clear
- Use the equipment, machines, and toals properly
People Handling
Involves interviewing, training, developing, motivating, and disciplining direct reports- To compliment and encourage the group to perform well in their given task
- Interview applicants to fill in job vacancies
- Ensure staff has the required competencies to perform their jobs through orientation and training
- Assess the performance of staff and motivate them to pursue their individual development plans
- Discipline erring employees as well as recommend rewards and recognition for high performers
- Education: Degree of Electrical or Electronics Engineer
- Experience

- Certification: Continuous Certification with Accredited Institute (ECEP/IlEE)|

- Knows how to use multi-tester, clamp meter, oscilloscope, soldering iron is an advantage
- Complex problem-solving skills and a methodical mind
