Senior Manager for Information Security and Compliance

Job Scope
- Build and execute company-wide cybersecurity and risk strategy aligned with business goals
- Ensure compliance with security and privacy standards (PCI DSS, data privacy laws, etc.)
- Oversee security of cloud and on-prem systems across product and internal environments
- Lead security team while also handling hands-on technical and incident response work
- Improve identity access, device security, and workstation/BYOD controls at scale
- 8–10 years IT experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Strong background in cybersecurity frameworks (PCI DSS, ISO 27001, SOC 2, etc.)
- Experience with data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA, or similar laws)
- Knowledge of identity management, access control, and endpoint/device security
- Able to work both as a technical hands-on contributor and team leader in fast-moving environments
