About the role
As a Beauty Advisor at Paramount Human Resource Multi-Purpose Cooperative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and product knowledge to our valued clients. This full-time position is based in Makati City, Metro Manila, and offers the opportunity to be a part of a dynamic and passionate retail team.
What you'll be doing- Engaging with customers to understand their beauty needs and provide personalised product recommendations
- Demonstrating and educating customers on the features and benefits of our product range
- Maintaining a well-stocked and visually appealing product display
- Processing sales transactions and handling cash and inventory management
- Providing exceptional customer service and a positive shopping experience
- Collaborating with the team to achieve individual and store sales targets
- Staying up-to-date with the latest trends, products and industry developments
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within the beauty or retail industry
- Strong product knowledge and a passion for the beauty industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers
- Ability to work well in a team and contribute to the overall success of the store
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and customer demands
