Tarlac - Site Acquisition Officer (Real Estate)

The Site Acquisition Officer will support the Real Estate Manager/Head in driving network expansion across RBUs by ensuring optimal site selection and acquisition, fostering location leadership, and contributing to trade area dominance.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct site mapping and area profiling
- Perform site assessments to evaluate feasibility and strategic fit
- Lead site sourcing and identify high-potential locations
- Facilitate site negotiations with property owners or brokers
- Manage documentation related to acquisitions and approvals
- Build and maintain lessor relationships to support expansion goals
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
- At least 3–5 years of relevant experience in real estate, franchising, or construction management
- Strong background in end-to-end network development, preferably involving commercial, residential, banking, or food service locations
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Willing to do fieldwork and report to the Ortigas, Pasig office once a week (Hybrid setup)
