Corporate Account Manager - Broker Sales

Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain effective, long-term relationships with assigned brokers, ensuring a high level of satisfaction among key decision-makers and influencers
- Create demand for the company products by clearly communicating value propositions and aligning solutions to client needs
- Develop, implement, and administer sales and distribution programs for the brokerage channel
- Manage broker accounts independently or as part of a larger account team
- Handle named accounts within a specific geography, product line, or product set
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless account servicing and support
- Monitor market trends, broker performance, and competitive activities to identify growth opportunities
- Achieve individual and team sales targets through proactive broker engagement and pipeline management
- At least 3 years of related sales or account management experience
- Proven background in any of the following industries:
- Real Estate
- Banking and Finance Sales
- Marketing Agencies
- Strong relationship management and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working with brokers, intermediaries, or channel sales
- Background in B2B corporate sales
- Experience in healthcare, insurance, or HMO sales is an advantage
