Corporate Account Manager - Broker Sales

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain effective, long-term relationships with assigned brokers, ensuring a high level of satisfaction among key decision-makers and influencers
  • Create demand for the company products by clearly communicating value propositions and aligning solutions to client needs
  • Develop, implement, and administer sales and distribution programs for the brokerage channel
  • Manage broker accounts independently or as part of a larger account team
  • Handle named accounts within a specific geography, product line, or product set
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless account servicing and support
  • Monitor market trends, broker performance, and competitive activities to identify growth opportunities
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets through proactive broker engagement and pipeline management
Minimum Qualifications
  • At least 3 years of related sales or account management experience
  • Proven background in any of the following industries:
  • Real Estate
  • Banking and Finance Sales
  • Marketing Agencies
  • Strong relationship management and negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and work independently in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with brokers, intermediaries, or channel sales
  • Background in B2B corporate sales
  • Experience in healthcare, insurance, or HMO sales is an advantage
