ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATE

Job Description:

  • Assist the Org Dev Manager in conducting training needs analysis, researching for training resources, preparation of training manuals, scheduling and coordination of training, conduct training, and evaluation of training activities.
  • Help coordinate and facilitate corporate and employee activities, performance management, employee career development and corporate communications.
  • Design and develop eLearning, virtual, and classroom training programs and materials utilizing the latest instructional and distribution methods.
  • Assist training materials creation for other departments (RM Sales, ODT Sales, Fulfillment)
  • Interviewing personnel and facilitating targeted skills development initiatives.
  • Leading business optimization initiatives by conducting individual or group training sessions for personnel.
  • Contributing to the restructuring of departments to increase efficiency and align activities with business objectives.
  • Optimizing personnel utilization by increasing cross-functionality and interdepartmental cooperation.
  • Measuring the impact of interventions on staff performance, efficiency, employee retention, and job satisfaction.
  • Advising executives and senior managers and recommending efficient and cost-effective solutions for identified challenges.
  • Documenting processes and presenting progress reports to executives and senior managers.

Qualifications:

  • Fresh graduates are welcome or at least 6 months of relevant training. Educational background in Psychology is highly regarded.
  • Knowledge in Instructional design and training content development.
  • Background in training/teaching and/or adult learning
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills; strong technical writing skills in English
  • Excellent computer skills and ability to learn technology quickly
  • Knowledge of adult learning theory and instructional design principles
  • Demonstrated commitment to a teamwork environment
  • Ability to manage responsibilities and priorities in a fast-paced and time-critical environment
  • Ability to show creative and flexible thinking
  • Leadership training facilitation
