Muntinlupa - Process Design Engineers / Process Design Lead Engineers

About our client: A leading EPC services company supporting Industrial Facilities

Work Arrangements: Onsite Regular working hours, Alabang, Muntinlupa, with 1 day working from home arrangements. The candidate must also be willing to visit clients if needed. Shuttle Service is provided within the Alabang Area

Qualifications:

• Must be graduates of BS Chemical Engineering or a related course (open for licensed and non-licensed, with relevant work experience)
• 8-14 years of experience for Lead Engineer position
• Minimum of 4 years of experience for the mid-level engineer position
• Must have a solid background in process engineering design work gained in an oil & gas or related industry
• Acts as Project Lead Engineer for medium and large-scale and critical (in terms of budget, schedule, etc.) projects. Responsible for the preparation and implementation of the Department Project Execution Plan to ensure the successful completion of projects assigned.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Job Description:

• Able to implement a training plan (Developing technical skills of subordinates) of the Department/Section.
• Occasionally functions as a Technical Auditor.
• Can negotiate and coordinate with clients to establish project contract, requirements, standards and applications.
• Negotiates and coordinates with clients, especially during kick-off meetings to establish clear and complete project contract, requirements, standards, and specifications.
• Possess leadership, project management, and good Interpersonal skills.
• Can prepare drawings such as Process Flow Diagram, Utility Flow Diagram, Piping and Instrument Diagram.
• Can perform heat and material balance calculations and hydraulic calculations.
• Able to do Equipment Sizing and Rating.
• Able to design Process Safety Systems.
• Can prepare Equipment, Instrument, and Piping Process Data Sheets.
