Job Description / Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple concurrent projects and ensure overall project success
- Provide daily, weekly, and monthly project status updates and reports
- Monitor project progress, performance metrics, and operational risks
- Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders on project requirements and expectations
- Engage with public and private offices regarding permits, policies, and compliance requirements
- Supervise and lead field teams during deployment and operational activities
- Resolve and escalate issues encountered during field operations in a timely manner
- Ensure quality control, productivity, and efficiency of team outputs
- Document and track daily materials usage and maintain updated project trackers
- Prepare and present project progress reports to management during regular reviews
- Collaborate with supervisors and department heads to improve processes and team development programs
- Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for key processes
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and code of conduct
- May be required to conduct fieldwork and site visits as needed
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience
- At least 3 years of supervisory experience
- Knowledge of O&M, construction practices, and project management standards
- Familiarity with telecommunications or infrastructure projects is an advantage
- Strong leadership, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
- Willing to be assigned anywhere in the Philippines
- With valid driver’s license (manual 4-wheel vehicles)
