We are hiring an HR OFFICER!

As our HR Officer, you will play a key role in overseeing core human resource functions, supporting business operations, and leading initiatives that enhance employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.

You are a great fit if you have:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or any related field — with at least 5 years of relevant experience in human resources or industrial psychology
  • Solid knowledge across various HR facets, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, guide, and motivate a team
  • Proficiency in computer applications such as MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A people-oriented mindset, with a strong drive for results and continuous improvement
  • Highly organized, efficient, and able to work with minimal supervision
  • A team player who is adaptable, trainable, and highly motivated
  • Experience in coordinating with government agencies (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG) is an advantage
  • Background in the construction or real estate industry is a plus, but not required

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Supervise and oversee daily HR operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company policies
  • Lead recruitment efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees
  • Manage employee relations concerns and provide guidance on disciplinary actions and conflict resolution
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and government regulatory requirements
  • Oversee payroll coordination, benefits administration, and employee records management
  • Support performance management processes, training programs, and employee development initiatives
  • Coordinate with government agencies for employee benefits and statutory requirements
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to improve organizational effectiveness
  • Prepare HR reports and provide insights to management for decision-making
