Warehouse Supervisor

• Position Overview

The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficient handling, storage, and distribution of goods. This role involves maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards.

• Key Duties & Responsibilities
• Coordinate with Acctg, Procurement, Sales and Technical team to ensure smooth operations.
• Oversee receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching of goods.
• Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular stock checks.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security regulations.
• Maintain accurate records in warehouse management systems.
• Collaborate with logistics, procurement, and sales teams to meet business needs.
• Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Prepare reports on warehouse activities and performance metrics.

• Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
• 3–5 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
• Prior supervisory experience in a warehouse environment.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards.

• Warehouse-based role with physical activity (lifting, moving goods).
• May require shift work, weekends, or overtime depending on operational demands.
• Exposure to varying temperatures depending on warehouse type (e.g., cold storage).
