Full Stack AWS Software Developer

• Design, develop, deploy, and maintain highly scalable, secure cloud-native applications on AWS.
• Build serverless architectures using AWS Lambda, API Gateway, ECS Fargate, S3, and related AWS services.
• Develop secure APIs and cloud services following AWS best practices.
• Optimize cloud infrastructure for scalability, performance, resilience, and cost efficiency.
• Monitor production environments using AWS CloudWatch and related monitoring tools.

• Design and develop robust backend services using Python and C#/.NET.
• Build scalable APIs and microservices.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following software engineering best practices.
• Perform debugging, testing, code reviews, and performance optimization.

• Design and implement autonomous AI agents and multi-agent workflows.
• Build intelligent orchestration layers utilizing Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Develop AI-powered business automation solutions capable of reasoning, planning, and executing tasks autonomously.
• Integrate AI services using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, Amazon Bedrock, or similar technologies.
• Continuously evaluate emerging AI technologies to improve business processes.

• Collaborate directly with business stakeholders and leadership to understand business goals and operational challenges.
• Analyze business processes and map workflows into scalable technical solutions.
• Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications and implementation plans.
• Prioritize engineering initiatives based on business impact, customer value, and return on investment (ROI).
• Recommend process improvements through automation and AI.

• Design, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines.
• Manage deployments using GitHub Actions, YAML workflows, AWS CloudFormation, and AWS CDK.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Ensure application reliability, security, and continuous delivery.

• Participate in Agile development processes.
• Work closely with product owners, engineers, designers, and business stakeholders.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to engineering best practices.
• Clearly communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• 6–8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Extensive hands-on experience within the AWS ecosystem.
• Strong experience designing and developing cloud-native applications.
• Proven experience building production-grade AI applications or Agentic AI solutions.
• Strong business analysis and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience working in Agile software development environments.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

• AWS Certified Developer – Associate or AWS Solutions Architect certification.
• Experience developing SaaS platforms.
• Experience working in startup or high-growth technology companies.
• Experience in renewable energy, infrastructure management, or enterprise SaaS is an advantage.
• Experience developing AI-powered workflow automation systems.
