Key Responsibilities- Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial electrical systems and equipment
- Diagnose faults in PLCs, motors, drives, sensors, and control panels
- Perform preventative and predictive maintenance to minimize downtime
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals
- Support production teams in resolving electrical and automation issues
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and electrical codes
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability
- Licensed or certified Electrician
- Proven experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Ability to troubleshoot under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively
- Solid understanding of electrical safety practices
- Willingness to work shifts, overtime, or on-call as needed
