The group are professionals and licensed customs brokers, expert in INCOTERMS 2010, is essential in International Commercial Terms of Shipment. Expert in Philippine Tariff and Customs Valuation.

The company is headed by a group of well experience and knowledgeable people can handle international freight forwarding, consolidation projects and can handle entrance and clearance of vessel of foreign and international vessel.

CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

Job Functions:

• Provide outstanding and exceptional customer service
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
• Deliver prompt and professional solutions for customer inquires
• Track and follow-up all customer requests in a timely manner
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives
• Keep records of customer interactions
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies

Qualifications:

• Male or female, preferably female
• Graduate of any Bachelor’s/College Degree
• With experience as Customer Service Representative an advantage
• Strong customer service orientation
• High level of communication skills
• Dynamic and self motivated
• Can work with less supervision
• Computer Literate
• Can start immediately
