We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support project implementation.

Job Summary The Project Coordinator supports the execution of interior fit-out projects by assisting in site coordination, documentation, material tracking, and communication between teams. This role ensures that project activities are organized, properly documented, and aligned with timelines and requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Site & Project Coordination
  • Assist in coordinating daily site activities and installation works.
  • Monitor project progress and report updates to supervisors.
  • Help ensure work is aligned with approved plans and timelines.
  1. Documentation & Reporting
  • Prepare and organize project documents such as drawings, reports, and checklists.
  • Maintain records of project updates, site reports, and progress logs.
  • Assist in tracking project requirements, materials, and deliverables.
  1. Material & Logistics Support
  • Coordinate delivery of materials, tools, and equipment to project sites.
  • Assist in monitoring inventory and usage of project materials.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and warehouse for project requirements.
  1. Client & Team Coordination
  • Assist in communicating updates between site team, office, and clients.
  • Support coordination of schedules, meetings, and site visits.
  • Help address minor concerns and escalate issues to supervisors.
  1. Quality & Site Support
  • Assist in checking workmanship and ensuring basic quality standards are followed.
  • Support site inspections and punch listing before project turnover.
  • Ensure proper housekeeping and organization at the project site.
Qualifications
  • College graduate in Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, or related field.
  • Has 4 years experience in construction, fit-out, or site coordination is an advantage.
  • Basic understanding of drawings and plans is a plus.
  • Willing to work on-site and travel to project locations.
  • Should have a drivers license and know how to drive a car
